long time no see~ (｡◡‿◡)♪.+ﾟ♬✿。

hello everyone~!

summer is finally here and i'm done with my second year !

which means more time to draw, blog and craft~ (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ*

i've got so many ideas spinning around in my head and i'm excited to make them real~! but first, i wanted to blog about the fun times i did have in those months of hard work~  

to sum it up, i went to dusseldorf. a lot. 

the first time was in december when i visited a christmas market ! the stalls were really pretty and the merry atmosphere was great~ 

the window of this chocolate shop really caught my eye~ 

one of the many brightly lit market stalls~ 

they sold lots of christmas decoration and knick knacks~

i bought some cute christmas cards, hand cream and a watermelon candle at muji ! 

the second time i went to dusseldorf was in may for an event called japantag !

it was a sort of annual japanese culture festival and it was great ! the weather was terribly kind and the fireworks at the end of the day... they were absolutely breathtaking and i had never seen such grandiose designs ever in my life~! 

one firework literally exploded into a golden shower of rain which lit up the whole sky..

 a floating bar on the river near us was blasting opera music throughout the show and i have to say, it was a nice combination haha~ （‐＾▽＾‐）

we had katsu curry~ 

if i could eat one dish for the rest of my life, it'd be takoyaki ! ( ´͈ ॢꇴ `͈ॢ)･*♡

i bought the cute frog with leaf umbrella and teru bozu at the stall during japantag~ 

it's the most adorable thing ever~ 

also that perfume does smell like a summer hill.. heaven~! 

the third time i went to see BAP~! it was a dream come true~ sadly i didn't manage to take any pictures, because i was too busy singing along and jumping around.. but it was amazing !! this summer i'll also be able to attend a concert by ludovico einaudi which is one of my favourite pianists/composers so i am  very delighted ! 

and tomorrow... i'll be going to paris with my boyfriend~!!

diary of the past month (part 1) ♬♪♫

good afternoon everyone~! it's been awhile~

where do i start~? lots of things have happened in the past month ! that's why i've decided to turn this entry into a photo diary~ i've an unhealthy love affair with my purikura app after all ! ｡(*^▽^*)ゞ

prepare for lots of picture spam~! to maintain some legibility, i've decided to split the entry into two parts~

in october one of my biggest dreams came true ! i got to see one ok rock live with oppa~! taka is so energetic on stage ! ryota, toru and tomoya were absolutely wonderful as well~! i was so happy that they played all of my favourite songs (the beginning, じぶんrock, clock strikes, no scared~) ! i sure hope they'll come back to the netherlands soon !

i have also done more dabbling in crafts featuring needle felting and crocheting~ i hope i'll have more time soon to pursue them properly~ sometimes i wonder if i have too many hobbies ! (◦′ᆺ‵◦)

hehe, i made a bunny out of felt with the aid of a craft book~ i have to say felting is a easy yet incredibly fun craft to pick up~ i can definitely recommend it ! the underlying costs aren't too high either. i purchased a basic starter kit from the brand hamanaka which contains pretty much everything you need~ felt wool isn't expensive either~

aren't they the most adorable pair of kuma's you've ever seen~? ♥(✿ฺ´∀`✿ฺ)ﾉ

oppa gave me them.. i'm soooo grateful~ ;^; when i wanted to buy them, they were already sold out ! they're from the new 'happy natural time' series which is basically rilakkuma x 森ガール !

and look at this super cute plaid~ it'll be sure to keep me warm this winter~! it's really soft and fluffy, haha~ 

i think i'll conclude part 1 here before it gets too messy, haha~ let's move on to a new entry~ (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

abunai & 生日~ (ﾉ> ▽ <)ﾉ♪

i hope everyone's doing well~ ♪

today i have a report on abunaicon and my birthday which followed some days after~!

it's quite a nice ending to my summer break~ 

my classes are starting next week.. on one hand, i'm looking forward to the new year, but i also hope i'll have time to update my blog~

abunaicon was from 23th to 25th of august and as usual i was a volunteer for an organisation called 'ani-nation' which is run by a friend's sister~ we're there to host events/workshops for the con-goers ! 

i'm in charge of the ani-dolls workshop where you can customize your own blank doll with paint markers~ it's really fun and some people come up with amazing designs~!

this year i decided to keep it simple and just went out for dinner with my mum to celebrate my 19th birthday which was on the 1st of september~

oppa gifted me a 3ds and animal crossing.. ~ (；▽；)

i'm so grateful ! ♡ thank you so much~!! 

i've been doing nothing else the past few days.. -embarrassed-

... and then a few days after i got this really sweet letter from georgia wishing me a happy birthday~ 

she included so much pretty gifts.. it really made my day !

and lastly my own birthday haul.. ~ the candy is really nice~ ♪ ♪

森ガール in 中国

hello everyone~ ♪ ♪

i'm finally back from china ! it was one great month and i saw so many beautiful places.. ancient mountains and temples, pretty gardens and lakes, but also thriving modern cities with luminous skyscrapers reaching into the sky~~ and also.. i was most pleasantly surprised to find adorable zakka shops and charming cafe's in a few places ! i even ran into some earth music & ecology boutiques in beijing and shanghai~ i'm pretty excited to show some pictures i took~  (＾▽＾)

an adorable zakka shop in wuzhen~ it was located in this old town with lots of alleys and waterways ! so pretty~
